Linximo Service Policy
- Airport Service: 2-hour notification-no charge. No Show or less than 2- hour notification will be billed for the full fare.
- Charter Service: Type of Service where the car will remain with you for a designated amount of time. 48-hour cancellation - no charge. 24-hour cancellation - $50.00. Less than 24-hour cancellation - full rate will be charged.
- Point to Point: Type of service where we pick up and drop off. 2-hour cancellation notice is required. NO SHOW- Will be billed full amount of fare.
- Weddings: One Week cancellation is required. Less than one-week cancellation - full amount of fare will be billed.
- No Show Policy: The full rate, including wait time and any applicable fees will be charged if the passenger fails to be at the pickup location.
- Airport No Show: The full rate, including wait time, airport fees and gratuity will be charged 60 minutes after the grace wait period.
- Extra Stops: There is a $10 fee for all 'in-line' additional stops. Wait time will be added after the 15 minutes grace period.
- Fall Promotion: 10% off Airport Transfer Service with Code: FALL. Applies on Luxury Sedans and SUVs only.
Waiting Time Policy:
- A grace period of 15 minutes is given for all pickups.
- Waiting charge of $15.00 for each additional 15 minutes after the grace period.
